Order Process

All firearms purchased are placed on the production list once a 40% deposit is received. Once your order is placed on the production list, we estimate an average 4-8 month production time from start to finish. This estimate is dependent on the edition, as well as manufacturer demand.  During the final stages of production, our shipping and production department will call you for any final payments, as well as verify your dealer information to ensure we have everything ready to ship out the firearm when completed. Once the firearm ships, we will contact you with the shipping details.

Procedures

We only use the best firearm manufacturers in the nation for our editions. Our professional gunsmiths use their specialized skills to disassemble, buff, plate, engrave and polish each piece individually. Once this process is completed, they reassemble the firearm to ensure it is fully operational and quality inspected. When the inspection is completed, the firearm is hand packed by our shipping specialists, and the firearm is sent to your dealer.

 Payments

We have three payment options:

• Paid in full

• 40% Deposit, with balance due just before shipping

•Layaway $500/ down, $200/ month with no interest, late fees, or pre-payment penalty. 

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event that you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly provide a refund. Please read though our policy as there are no exceptions. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
  •There is an automatic $75.00 cancellation fee applied for all incomplete orders.

   •A 30% restocking fee is applied to any gun in the final stages of production (metal or wood), produced, personalized, shipped, registered, and/or received. This fee is based on the grand total of the purchase price of your order. This can include but is not limited to: taxes, cases, display boxes, shipping, etc…

•All refunds are dispersed by check.

•Our scheduling timeframe for your refund can take up to 30 days to process.

•Please allow the Postal Service two weeks for delivery of your refund check.

Please note:

• Our layaway option gives you the convenience of auto-payments, or you can call or mail your payment in monthly.

• If a payment is missed, a notification letter will be sent out to you. Any order with four months no payment and no communication will be considered delinquent and cancelled with a $75.00 cancellation fee.

• Any order with six continuous months of non-payment and non-communication will be considered non-refundable.
