Kansas 150th Anniversary Rifle

Each county in Kansas will have a Proof and ten numbered rifles available to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Kansas Statehood. The receiver, barrel and loading tube are plated in 24 Kt. Gold and scenes of the early history of Kansas are boldly engraved on the receiver - Wyatt Earp, Bat Masterson, cattle drives, an oil well and an Indian Warrior on horseback. The wood is also highly engraved with buffalo, whitetail deer, pheasant, turkey, quail, and mallard ducks coming in for a landing. The main buttstock medallion is something many of us can relate to - an early Kansas farmer with a horse and plow with the word 'Kansas' coming up behind him in the dust.
